Instead, she showed up like she'd already unlocked all the cheat codes. At one point I stopped asking questions because I was afraid I'd interrupt whatever wizardry was happening behind the scenes. If she ever tells me she can negotiate world peace before lunch, I'm probably just going to ask what documents she needs. 10/5 Would trust her with another mortgage... and possibly a hostage negotiation.
