Adriana Bates is a powerhouse business woman. She is the founder and CEO of multiple companies, all while raising her three boys. Best known for her success in the mortgage industry- where she has dominated loan origination since 2010. Her drive and competitiveness derived from an athletic upbringing, playing basketball at Brown University in Providence RI. Just like earning her stripes on the court, she steadily grew in loan origination volume and leadership roles, from branch manager to sales manager and eventually started Clear Mortgage LLC in 2018. She has been a top 1% loan originator in the US since 2014. In 2022, one of the most difficult years in mortgage history, she still closed $68 million in loan volume for 236 units. Voted 2022 NAMB Broker of the year, runner up for 2022 Best Loan Officer in Kansas City, two-time published author, host of Emmy nominated television show airing on CNBC and the Travel Channel- American Dream TV’s Selling Kansas City, featured guest/speaker on AIME National, Thinking Bigger Business Media, HerLife magazine, insight success, small business big deal podcast, and rounding the bases with Joel Goldberg. 

 

Now deemed a serial entrepreneur and obsessed with “boring businesses,” building a commercial real estate portfolio, trying her hand in commercial development of industrial space in Arkansas- all while juggling the ever changing role of motherhood for her three boys: Sebastian (8), Sawyer (6) and Spencer (3).
