Andrew and his team were fantastic and just a pleasure to work with from the pre-approval all the way to the closing.  The closing was a very short time frame (30 days), and he and his team were responsive, very patient with us every step of the way, and the instructions and requests they gave were very clear. Working with this team has been nothing short of amazing. Having everything under one roof made the process of selling and then purchasing a home easy and complete. Working with my real estate agent Beth Kline was pretty spectacular.  From her setting up the sale of my home, w/beautiful, pictures, and precise verbiage on the description of my home, to attract potential buyers. She was with me and still is through every step of my homebuying process. No question is too big or too small. I originally was going with a different Mortgage group that was not returning my calls, emails or texts when I had a question or needed an explanation about the process. After weeks of getting aggravated with the whole process, Ms. Kline said to me, just have Signature handle everything from start to finish. From the loan process to the title process to the inspection to the finalization of the loan, they were all amazing. Andrew Novak, the Branch Manager and Senior Loan Originator, he was attentive, smart and answered my calls, even if it was after hours, which of course I didn’t do too often, next there was Stephen Shelowitz Senior property inspector. He was great, very thorough very detailed and as it turns out, we went to the same high school on Long Island, NY. Go Braves!! And then there was Desiree Martinez the Title Closer Gefen Law  Signature Title Group, She was also very attentive and held my hand through a few different stages, like wiring, money, putting documents into the portal and various other steps that are necessary when purchasing a home and then that was Terri Marshall The Senior Loan Processor, she also was very attentive and helped me through various stages of obtaining a loan and getting the proper documents into the portal. And the countless people behind the scenes, the ones I never got to talk to. I want to thank them as well. All in all, I would choose Signature/Choice Morgage Group 1000 times over and thank my lucky stars I did not go with that other Mortgage group,  that I constantly  needed to “Chase” down!! And one more shout out to Beth Kline you made this process seamless and stress-free, except of course when I was having my mini meltdowns over something or other, you calmed me and worked everything out!!! I will definitely add photos at some point after I close on the 16th.
