I’m Andres Sylva, a dedicated Senior Loan Originator hailing from the vibrant city of Hollywood, FL. With a mortgage-industry journey spanning back to 2003, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the dynamic evolution of the industry. Having obtained my MLO license in 2016, I’ve been passionately assisting individuals and families in finding their perfect mortgage solutions.

My roots are deeply intertwined with the Sunshine State, as I am proudly licensed in Florida. I had attended Seminole State College of Florida, where I honed the skills and knowledge that serve as the bedrock of my career.

I am a devoted family man and proud father of three wonderful children. Family values guide me both in my personal and professional interactions, shaping the way I approach each client’s unique needs and aspirations.

Community and fellowship are vital aspects of my life. I’m an active member of the Freemasonry fraternal organization, where the principles of unity, integrity, and charity resonate deeply with me. As a member of the Shriners International Foundation, I am privileged to contribute to philanthropic efforts that make a positive impact on countless lives.

When I’m not assisting clients or engaging in community endeavors, you’ll find me enthusiastically cheering for the Miami Dolphins on the football field and the Miami Heat on the basketball court.
