Originally from New Hampshire and now rooted in East Boston, Rich has called Boston home for over two decades. He brings a lifetime of customer service to the mortgage process, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships, and seamless experiences from pre-approval to closing. Prior to returning to the mortgage industry in 2018, he owned and operated multiple businesses including four restaurants, a night club, and several juice bars, and he still co-owns Squeeze Juice Co.
Rich is passionate about guiding clients through every step of the homeownership journey. His background in customer service drives his commitment to clear communication, strong relationships, and a smooth, transparent process. He makes himself available to clients whenever questions arise and strives to ensure a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
In his free time, Rich enjoys skiing, time with family, regular getaways to Delray Beach, and summertime time on the water.
